[LOW-904] Single channel station calibrate notebooks

This MR adds three notebooks for performing station calibration. The first is a simple data acquisition notebook, based on the first notebook of the stability SFT. The next notebook is based on the calibration notebook, and calibrates for a single channel saving the gain solutions. The final notebook loads and then applies the calibration gain solutions as needed using tango.
