TOP-1127: Propagate station IDs to the baseline labels on the auto- & crosscorrelation plots

The auto- and crosscorrelation plots is labelled with the correlation index, rather than the station-IDs of the baseline. This MR fixes that, so that the station-IDs propagate from the configure schema to the output plots. This is done in a backward compatible fashion, where if the station-IDs are not available, it falls back to using the indexes.
