TOP-1038: Update JSON schemas for LMC version 0.12.0

This updates the JSON schema versions so that they pass validation rules in ska-csp-lmc-low version 0.12.0. Note: these changes do not work with older versions of LMC, so this needs to be merged together with ska-low-csp!155 (merged).
