AT-1839 - Add simple SDP notebook for Mid ITF.

This is a copy of the simple execution notebook for the Mid ITF. We can refactor the source notebook in the future to work with the Mid ITF if we want, but this was mainly done as proof that the SDP works as expected in the Mid ITF.
