KAR-394 Cucumber results upload to Jira

In this MR:

• .gitlab-ci.yml reformatted to YAML standard
• Added xray-publish job
  • The XRAY include job does not work, xtp-upload is not installed etc.
• Updated Makefile for XRAY functionality
• Created upload job as a manual step for now since every commit in every branch will trigger the upload
• Added test set tag to BDD tests
