This removes the xfail markings on the XTP-3090 and XTP-5414 tests given the updated changes on ska-mid-dish-manager!25 (merged). The XTP-3090 test scenario has been updated to mainly focus on that the Dish Structure reports the correct operatingMode, STOW.
Updated the dish-manager docker image tag to https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/ska-mid-dish-manager/-/tags/1.2.
Updated the result table, https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/Dish+LMC+device+status+-+interface+and+test+results.
