KAR-435 Evaluate tests against dish manager and document results (SPFRx w/ LP & FP)

Evaluate the BDD tests run against the Python DishMaster -> DishManager and record results of test in previously documented test results in confluence page.

NOTE

  • This uses the SPFRx simulator with the operatingMode having STANDBY-LP and STANDBY-FP: all commits from KAR-411 ticket have been removed
