KAR-762 Integrate Dish LMC with DS in the ITF

Abednigo Lethole requested to merge kar-762-integrate-dish-lmc-with-ds-in-itf into master
  • Disabled a flag to deploy Dish LMC custom DS simulator in ITF and enabled a connection to the CECT simulator.
  • Added an interface test for checking the CECT Simulator attributes/nodes.
  • Added async-ua package dependency to Dish LMC Software.
