SIM-993: update RFI code to use beam gain HDF file

SIM-993: update RFI code to use beam gain HDF file which contains OSKAR-produced gains per station using infor from the transmitter HDF file. For more information and output images, see SIM-993.

Note: the pipeline will fail until ska-telescope/external/rascil!229 (merged) on RASCIL is merged.
