NAL-1369 minor UI bug fixes

  • Default options for amplitude/phase set to log/radians - appears to be favoured by AIV
  • Spectrograms/Lag plots set to hidden by default - i.e don't open automatically if you scroll down to them
  • Axis labels for the amplitude/phase graphs now correctly detect when the real/imaginary components are being viewed and update accordingly
