ORC-1291: The great SDP renaming

Implement the great SDP renaming:

  • Use the renamed configuration API and internal schemas. See ska-sdp-config!35 (merged) for details.
  • Rename SDPMaster to SDPController.
  • Add capability to use new-style device names (see ADR-9).
