AT4-620-upload-rabbit-to-central-artifacts

Testing of larger build images to cache area done in ST-1057. .yml creates temporary src_rabbit directory it avoid repeated compilation in package stage and removes it. This MR tested CXFT module emulator + device and all emulator modules in multiple pipelines. Build cache is saved for each pipeline id on runner machine Kelvin. Full compilations' command will be tested & merged in AT4-621.
