AT4-1406 BUG FIX Modifying config for method to add right options

The bug was found when Sum-Thresholding alogrithm in Cheetah-RFIM modules was being investigated. The threshold seemed to be very low which led to flagging of gaussian noise as well. This was due to an error in assigning values to variables in the config-definition which is fixed.
