BTN-2836 Create SDP processing blocks from SDP configurations defined in the SB

  • Integration test with custom SDP configuration in SB
  • Update SDP telmodel source to CAR (now also publishing from main branch and not just from tags!)
  • Make SDP telmodel source an environment variable?
