Draft: SP-1747 Quick Start User Guide for SKAMPI
This MR should be merged at the end of the Feature.
AT-14 started pages with links to different entry points of documentation/landing pages of the software. There are more stories to come and they will all be part of this MR.
There are a few commits & bits of info still required before this can be considered done, but I'd like some early feedback so long - the idea is to have a top-level entry point into SKAMPI documentation from the Dev Portal, aimed at different user types, and then address each of these Users appropriately.
