Make memory limits configurable for LMTP, quota-status, and IMAP dovecot services

On my instance, these services were repeatedly running out of memory with the default limit of 256 MB. I'm not sure why (maybe my inbox is too large?) but manually increasing the limits fixes it, and this patch makes that possible.
