Trigger restart of postfix if passwords of mail accounts change

Maximilian Bosch requested to merge Ma27/nixos-mailserver:restart-postfix-on-pwd-change into master

When I change the password of a mail account and deploy that change, only dovecot2.service is restarted, so SMTP won't work until postfix is manually restarted. This change explicitly triggers a restart of postfix on a deploy.
