2.2.32 - NZXT - Code cleaning and improvements

User brokenmass#6573 reported over Discord that it was possible to increase his fps to 30 by doing checks before creating the rgb arrays, so basically, if no leds are present on the channel, it skips the channel. We should also apply this to all controllers/motherboards. Dordo already took a look on it.
