FIX #4: Set Xdebug and properly update to Laravel 8.x

• I have followed the MR section of the contributing guide.

Also the following things was done:

• Add an API test end-point
• Add secret detection CI
• Add a documentation to set PHPStorm with xDebug and PHPUnit
• Add proper correction needed to migrate from Laravel 7.x to 8.x
