- Fix Gaussian distribution in the beam remnant
- Adjust soft physics defaults according to Tuning
- Improve error handling in decays
- Fix stalling events and memory leaks

This commit has been crafted by Enrico Bothmann by squashing all changes
on the update_amisic_and_ahadic_with_options branch relative to the
master branch into this single commit. The old history of the branch iis
preserved for future reference as
historic-update_amisic_and_ahadic_with_options. However the commit
messages are of very limited value, and half of the commits are merge
commits, hence the squash to keep the master history clean.
