Reset NLO_SUBTRACTION_SCHEME default to 0 on rel-2-3-0, because the new default 2 is broken

Reset NLO_SUBTRACTION_SCHEME default to 0

  1. NLO_SUBTRACTION_SCHEME=2, which was the new default, is broken, see !802 (comment 1860427498) . Note that I checked that rel-2-2-15 and rel-2-3-0 give exactly the same results for a tW production setup when using NLO_SUBTRACTION_SCHEME=0|2, respectively. So if rel-2-2-15 is broken, this must also be true for rel-2-3-0. But rel-2-2-15 still uses 0 as the default.
  2. The manual states that NLO_SUBTRACTION_SCHEME=0 is the default.
  • we reflect the broken mode in the manual in rel-2-2-15 and rel-2-3-0? Or should we backport the addition of the missing terms (!802 (merged))? If we do the latter, we could of course keep the previous default, i.e. 2, but in any case we should keep rel-2-2-15 and rel-2-3-0 consistent. I anyway suspect that the change of the default in rel-2-3-0 was accidental, as it was part of a massive super-commit: 8c4e14d1
