Add fusing stuff to 2 2 7

There are a few things which are needed for the fusing approach which are still missing in rel-2-2-7. These are:

• new fully ordered cluster-mode for Comix
• new scale scheme in the shower
• new scale tag to be used as argument for METS in ttbb
