Q2 selector not functional in master

The Q2 selector needed for DIS simulations is not functional, the Yaml_Reader::GetKeys throws an error and the runs crash. Also other features used in the DIS setup for 2.2.12 seem to trigger error, e.g. the dynamical setting of the merging scale, a la CKKW: sqr(QCUT/E_CMS)/(1.0+sqr(QCUT)/Abs2(p[2]-p[0])) triggers a syntax error.
