Refinement and quality of life

Changes colors of embed to make the effect clearer. Added someone command -> Just for fun cuz it was easy Shepard can now execute commands on mention instead of using prefix Added logger which writes to a log file. Config enhancement and bugfix. Config is now created by process, when it doesn't exist. Bot used the config in resources. so the config on the server had no effect. this is now fixed
