FreeRtos is stuck at queue creation

Free Rtos is stuck at queue creation. This issue is seen 8 out of 10 times.

Preliminary steps to be tried out:

1. Create exactly one task and port on hardware. Based on the result of this, we can rule out the possibility of scheduler interference.
2. Create two tasks and port on hardware. Observe the behaviour of hardware.
