Fix sq manpages

there are a couple minor flaws in the troff/nroff formatting for the manual pages. The patches in this series should fix those flaws. I'm applying these patches in the debian packaging to reduce complaints from lintian.

It seems possible (likely?) that the manpages included here might be generated output of some other process (e.g. if you're trying to keep them in sync with the rest of the source), but i haven't dived in deep enough to understand that process or to figure out how to fix it there at the source.
