Also use the program's arguments to file the profile directory.

  • If the user specifies an alternate profile using the -profile command line argument, and the specified profile is not in one of the usual locations, then our heuristic pwon't find the profile.

    • Scan the arguments passed to Thunderbird and also scan any profiles specified.

    • Fixes #105.
