Also test gpgv in the gpg test suite. 

  - Remove the gpgv test module, all of its test are now in the gpg
    test suite.  The gpg test suite has the advantage that it records
    the output produced by the oracles.  Hence with this change, we no
    longer depend on any GnuPG component for the tests (provided that
    the required artifacts are stored in the test suite).
