encrypt to asymmetric key with no compression preferences
Question to answer: is a compression layer added to an encrypted message when encrypting to a key that offers no compression preferences? If so, what type of compression is used?
Some variants to test here:
- encrypting to a certificate that has an empty compression preferences subpacket
- encrypting to a certificate that has no compression preferences subpacket at all
- encrypting to a certificate that has a compression preferences subpacket with one entry: Uncompressed
- encrypting to a password
- encrypting to a password and one of the certificates above
Do we want to test certificates that have only a single non-Uncompressed compression format?
