Draft: Tool pages demo

ok @bitwrought and @wojtekbogusz, I think this should show you the formatting I'm suggesting for the tool landing pages. Have a look and tell me if it looks suitable. Remember, any major changes we want at this point begin to risk us missing our mid-January launch date, particularly with all of us out for a week or two for the holidays, so unless the layout is drastically wrong, please let's not over-discuss layout details.
