Remove references to ChallengeResponseAuthentication in favour of KbdInteractiveAuthentication.
ChallengeResponseAuthentication was in removed version 1 of secsh protocol.
KbdInteractiveAuthentication is described in RFC4256, i.e. secsh protocol version 2.
