Drawable and collision 3D models are misaligned when loading models from .AC files

When loading models from AC files, they turn up visualized in RWS with 90 deg rotation around X axis relative to both the expected pose and the collision model (see http://imgur.com/a/bOEev - the model is shown laying on its side while collision geometry still produces collision with flat block placed on the top).

The model is visualized with correct pose both in its stl format and ac format in Blender.

Attached is the workcell used to generate the image and a little program in which I attempted to see if the difference is due to two separate implementations of loading collision/drawable geometry (GeometryFactory and Model3DFactory). This does not seem to be the case. The program loads cylinder.ac model and saves drawable geometry to model.stl file and collision geometry to geometry.stl file. Both look the same.
