arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845-xiaomi-polaris: enable power supplies

A simple-battery is already defined for polaris, but the corresponding charger and fuel gauge device nodes in PMI8998 is not enabled yet.

Enable them and bind them to the simple-battery node.
