let's be honest, I got frustrated by not working OnePlus 6 panel in -next... but here go the fruits of it...

Since sdm845 carries a lot of downstream patch, this seems to be pretty harmless, if people will like it, I may try to upstream it (thou I'm not convinced that Linux kernel will be open to this type of extension).
