Sync Judyln changes

This includes the in-progress-split of dts changes that I'm trying to mainline, as well as the new touchscreen driver that is very wip! But it works.

Mainly the touchscreen driver needs some work to document what the init sequence is actually doing, perhaps remove the hardcoded resolution and move it to devicetree, and probably some formatting mistakes fixed.

Let me know if you'd like me to hold this back.

Also during testing with kde plasma mobile, it seems like the flashlight is broken.

Reminder to self: this must be synchronized with an update of the firmware package.
