#164 no SubscriptionEnd for stale subscriptions

Lukas Deichmann requested to merge feature/#164_no_subscriptionend_to_stale_subscriptions into develop

The following aspects have been respected by the author of this merge request:

  • Adherence to coding conventions
  • Adherence to javadoc conventions
  • Changelog update (necessity checked and entry added or not added respectively)

Additionally, I added this check to subscribe, although it isn't strictly necessary there. However, it kinda makes sense to have every action trigger this housekeeping task. Unless I'm mistaken and there is a reason not to, @d.gregorczyk?
