Revert external library dependencies to use their NebulousLabs roots
instead of the SiaPrime fork. This is needed because within the
forked dependencies they still reference the NebulousLabs root
libraries instead of the SiaPrime forked libraries and maintaining
each one of these external dependencies is proving to be outside the
scope of the SiaPrime vision.

The following commands were used to revert the library dependencies:
