Springer replaced BST file

Springer replaced the sn-mathphys.bst by sn-mathphys-num.bst in latest style files downloaded via ste init. This MR updates the template file to reflect this change.

Otherwise, ste prepare fails as sn-mathphys.bst does not even exist in the download anymore.
