Update SUNDIALS to 6.6.0

Stéphane MOTTELET requested to merge mottelet/scilab:update-sundials-latest into sundials-mapping

Tracking a more recent LLNL Sundials will upgrade our capabilities to interface new solvers. A helper script may probably be used for upgrading to future versions.

Lapack-backed solvers are available CVODE and IDA (without sensitivity) as well as others. KLU is not available yet but might be done in another commit with Suitesparse KLU as a thirdparty.
