Scilab does not build against Lucene 9.4.0

Building Scilab fails on Arch Linux when Lucene 9.4.0 is used, providing the following message

checking lucene-core... no
configure: error: Could not find or use the Java package/jar lucene-core
used by Lucene (looking for package org.apache.lucene.LucenePackage)

Note: Tested using the AUR package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/scilab
