First commit of the code for the WWW 2019 paper "DDGK: Learning Graph Representations for Deep Divergence Graph Kernels".

The included code creates a Deep Divergence Graph Kernel as introduced in the paper. Data sets as formatted from https://ls11-www.cs.tu-dortmund.de/staff/morris/graphkerneldatasets are supported.
