Add minified jQuery and update

This adds and loads a minified version of jQuery to reduce bandwidth. When adding a minified version, I decided to go for the most recent version in the v1 series from there, updating the original file jquery.js as well (which is not used any longer and could be deleted).

Also, I removed the leading dots which do not have an effect in path computations.
