Added sine plugin to match the saw plugin.
This adds a source plugin sine.scd, which is just saw.scd but with s/saw/sine and s/Saw/FSinOsc.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
