add generators dict, keep sources

This MR improves the handling of plugins to be sent out as JSON object to respond to and OSC query /satie/plugins. Note, that this JSON object contains data duplicated in sources and generators keys. This is intentional, as we will be using generators in the future and we will deprecate sources. The latter will be kept for a while for compatibility reasons.
