Fix duplicate NRT scripts and related documentation

This MR consolidates our two SATIE Non-Realtime scripts into one.

  • The Python utility named batchExport.py is now called 31_channel_VBAP_to_HOA.py.
  • The Python utility now lives in the folder /SATIE/utils/python/31_channel_VBAP_to_HOA/.
  • The satieNRT.scd script was kept in favour of the other one named satieNRT_Python.scd.
  • The README was also improved.
