Zack Konate requested to merge processes into develop

touched up handling of processes in SatieOSC, added an 'eval' message (processes only) to the osc protocol, and greatly simplified the SatieOSC override mechanism. Documentation will follow. (for now, see the comments in Satie4Unity/satieProject/autoload/sheefaProc.scd).
