Don't change SC's default Server volume range

SatieOSC changes the Server GUI's volume slider range from (-90db - 6db) to (-99db - 18db). This gain range change seems like it suited the needs of a particular a project at some point. There's no reason why this needs to be done by default when using Satie. This change has effects beyond Satie and would need to changed back when quitting Satie's server at a minimum. Making the Server's volume slider "go up to 11" seems like the wrong choice 🎸
