Topic/ix soundz 2019

Some new soundz sources for your ears pleasure(?). This MR also includes an .org file (that renders fine in the browser for easy reading of comments and code, potentially copy pasting) and along with code extracted (that loads into SC for normal interaction). This should allow you to easily check stuff out, but we can remove these "test" files before the actual merge.

Note: all of the new sounds have more or less infinite duration (except those that feature a gate parameter which allows them to be turned on and off). It's intended for the iX demos, so that we don't have to add additional logic for triggering and turning them off. But of course it's all up for discussion and improvement.
