Remove Satie pre-boot blockSize configuration

This MR removes the pre-boot configuration from Satie.boot.

Changing the server's blockSize does not appear to be necessary to do ambisonics in Satie. ATK does not require any blockSize configuration, and SC-HOA suggests a blockSize of 512 for reasons unclear. In any case, I have been able to playback ambisonic audio files in Satie using the default 64 blockSize without issue.

If this was added in order to solve performance issues, I'd suggest experimenting with JACK configurations and setting the CPU governors to performance when doing audio work.
