Draft: ✨ Add new icons to the scenic light's icon list and add missing styles for scenic light theme

With the new design, come new icons. We will need to add them to the existing list. closes #52

Note: In this MR there are also some style changes that were required for the new design. Once all the required SVG are provided, this MR could be set to ready and merged. Right now, development of the new design in welcome-hub and in the preset-onboarding depend on this branch!
